University of Manitoba Scholarships

For the academic year 2023–2024, international students who want to study at the University of Manitoba in Canada are encouraged to submit an application for one of its undergraduate student scholarships. These scholarships include bursaries for international students as well as international undergraduate student entrance and scholarship scholarships.

By awarding bursaries and scholarships to international students, the scholarship program hopes to honor students who have achieved academic excellence.

The International Undergraduate Student Entrance Scholarship was established to honor academic performance among international students entering the University of Manitoba after graduating from international high schools. Scholarships will be made available to students who fit specific requirements:

are international students who have filed their applications to any school or faculty within the University of Manitoba before March 1st (i.e., those who are in Canada with a valid study permission); pay the international students’ tuition fees;

The top five senior-level academic courses provided have an average high school grade point average of 85% for our authorized students. To recognize and reward exceptional academic achievements among international undergraduate students at The University of Manitoba, the International Undergraduate Student Scholarship was established.

Scholarships may be available for international students. Have successfully completed 24 credits at any school or faculty affiliated with the University of Manitoba while residing in Canada with a valid student visa;
Regarding coursework finished during the most recent academic session, these individuals have exhibited exceptional academic accomplishment (minimum sessional average grade points of 3.5).

During the Fall/Winter academic semester, students may continue their undergraduate studies full-time.
Candidates who meet the aforementioned requirements will be judged according to their sessional grade point average.

Scholarships will be given out up until the money runs out or until a particular grade point standard is met. At the end of July, all qualified awardees will be notified. You must fulfill all requirements set forth by Aurora for University General Bursaries as well as any specific awards that may exist in order to be eligible for bursaries at the University of Manitoba.

By August 31st, general applications for the Fall and Winter terms will be made accessible on the Aurora Student Portal. By October 1st, the Financial Aid and Awards office must have the finished application and any required supporting materials. Unfortunately, this general bursary program is not open to international students who are enrolled in their first semester of post secondary education in Canada.
