Job summary:

This person will provide appropriate equipment knowledge and expertise, while maintaining a positive attitude and creating a unique customer experience. This position will allow the individual to be the first point of contact with the customer and will enable the individual to follow procedural guidelines to ensure the customer has an enjoyable experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities of a rental attendant in 2023/2024 can vary depending on the specific industry or business they work for. However, here are some common duties and responsibilities associated with the position of a rental attendant:

Customer Service:

    • Greet customers and assist them with their rental needs.
    • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and addressing concerns or issues.

Rental Equipment Management:

      • Maintain and organize rental equipment inventory.
      • Inspect equipment for damage and ensure it is in proper working condition.

  • Obligation to participate in department pre-season training and company training.
  • Needed to support other departments as needed as determined by operational requirements.
  • Responsible for customer rental needs, ensuring their equipment is suitable and properly installed.
  • Responsible for assembling helmets, boots, skis, snowboards and ski poles. Responsible for asking key
  • questions about the customer’s skills and abilities to ensure appropriate adjustments are made to the equipment.
