Production Associates are hired for full-time, entry-level production positions. Manufacturing Associates are responsible for maintaining production processes in their area, meeting performance goals, following safety practices, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect. Production associates perform a variety of jobs, driving forklifts and forklifts as well as operating high-speed packaging and converting equipment. Production associates must be able to work well as an individual and as part of a team managing multiple priorities. To perform the work described above in our production environment, production associates; deadlift 40 pounds while curled; climb, stand and move on stairs, ladders and platforms; twisting, bending, and standing on concrete floors for long periods of time.
In addition, Production Associates will maintain and clean the automated equipment; have personal communication and problem-solving skills; and basic computer skills. Additionally, the safety of our manufacturing associates and workforce is of paramount importance to Procter & Gamble. Production Associates will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment, such as safety shoes, hearing protection and eye protection, and must have a valid Class G driver’s license.
In 2023/2024, Plant Forklift Associates play a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of plants, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. 7 days/12 hours, day and night; spin quickly; receive an average of 42 hours/week.
• Must have a valid Ontario G2 driver’s license or higher

• 12-hour rotating full-time schedule
