Examiner/Evaluator
As an examiner/evaluator, you can work in Canada without a work permit.
If you are a professor, you may be invited to proctor professional exams in Canada. In this case, no work permit is required before working in Canada. Or, if you are an appraiser, you may need to do an appraisal in Canada without having a work permit.
