  • You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to support your conjugal, common-law, or spouse financially for three years after they obtain permanent residence. You and the relative you are supporting must sign a contract stating that you will provide financial support.

You must have transferable settlement funds.

You must possess a commitment certificate and a letter of support from your designated entity, which may be an angel investor, venture capital fund, or business incubator. If the designated entity is an angel investor, they must invest $75,000 in your qualifying business. If it is a venture capital fund, it must invest at least $200,000 in your qualifying business, whereas a business incubator must admit you into its incubator program.
