Top 7 Essential Workers Scholarships
Scholarship for Important Workers: Around the country, vital employees have played a crucial role in saving lives during the COVID-19 outbreak. While Scholarsly employees were able to work from home during the shelter-in-place orders, critical personnel continued to report to work while endangering their own health in order to maintain vital infrastructure, public health, and safety services.
More than ever, Americans depend on their key employees to keep their lives functioning normally. Our grocery store employees, postal workers, medical staff, sanitation workers, delivery drivers, and many other staff members have all shown an unbelievable degree of dedication over the past year. As a means of saying thank you for their unshakable commitment to helping our communities through the pandemic, we would like to award our important workers with scholarships.
Who are the key employees?
On the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic, doctors, nurses, healthcare providers, and emergency responders are vital workers. They are the workers who keep our sewage, water, energy, food supply, and other essential services running.
These include the college student who works as a clerk at the grocery store to help support herself and the single mother who does hospital linen work while raising two children who are college-age.
They are the ones who put their lives in risk in accordance with the government’s advice to stay put and shelter in place in order to protect other people’s lives and keep civilization functioning. Unfortunately, many of the essential staff members earn just enough to get by. We felt that we should make an attempt to urge corporations and organizations to support scholarships for workers who are essential to society in order to express our gratitude for their sacrifices.
