Job Description: As a Keyholder at the Cosmetic Company Store in Tanger Outlet Mall, Ottawa, you will play a crucial role in assisting the store management team in the day-to-day operations of the store. 4. Keyholder Duties: Act as a keyholder and ensure store security, including opening and closing procedures, alarm system management, and adherence to company policies.
5. Stock Management: Receive and process new merchandise shipments, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly displayed.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team and colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in cash handling.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
