Dream is recruiting for an 8-month Enterprise Applications Support Analyst Intern (Fall 2023 & Winter 2024). The Dream team is looking to hire an Enterprise Applications Support Analyst Intern for 8 months from September 2023 to April 2024 – 8 Months.

The following are some of the major responsibilities you will have in this role:

  • Manage or monitor ERP Business Analyst service desk problems.
  • Handle all enterprise application first-level support.
  • Participate in operational support and project delivery operations from start to finish.
  • JD Edwards and many more cloud-based applications are covered.
  • Develop abilities in obtaining business requirements, analysis, solution design, testing, training, and solution delivery.

What kind of background do I have?

In addition to demonstrating your collaborative mentality and good attitude, you must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree with a Business or Accounting specialization.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written)
