Position Summary:
Cleaners provide cleaning and maintenance in designated areas.
Main functions:
Clean and maintain buildings/facilities. Perform heavy cleaning tasks such as mopping floors, mopping carpets, washing walls and mirrors, and dusting.
Notifies management of the need for minor or major maintenance or additions to user systems
Customers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with
Adhere to all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the company, customers and regulatory authorities.
A cleaner must be flexible and willing to take on any given task.
Responsibilities:
Cleans building floors by sweeping, sweeping, mopping or vacuuming. Follow the procedure to use chemical cleaners and electrical equipment to prevent damage to floors and equipment.

Mix containers with water and detergents or acids to prepare a cleaning solution according to specifications

Tools and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance
Monitor safety and security by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours and checking the use of electrical equipment to ensure hazards do not occur.
Drive a vehicle (if required) to perform or travel for cleaning duties including cars, industrial trucks or industrial vacuum cleaners.
