POSITION DESCRIPTION:

With the recent development of the company, we are presently looking for a communications coordinator. Are you energetic, like to learn new things and have a passion for words and communication in all these forms? This position is for you! In addition to actively contributing in the development of corporate communications, you will also be involved in communication Coordinator for the Cogir Foundation and in the organization of significant mobilizing events alongside the Director of Communication Coordinator and the Foundation. Role And General Responsibilities Of Communication Coordinator:

  • All other related responsibilities
  • Communicate payment guidelines to internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of press releases and the management of press relations
  • Drafting agreements with organizations
  • Explore new internal and external communication channels
  • Help create and deploy strategic communications plans
  • Manage communications linked to grant applications (responses, follow-ups on the status of applications, etc.)
  • Participate in the organization and running of corporate events
  • Pre-selection of grant applications
  • Prepare the communication calendar on social networks
  • Track post performance
  • Write posts for social networks

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience in similar tasks
  • University degree in communication
  • Any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant will be considered.
  • Experience in a public relations agency will be considered an asset
  • Functional bilingualism
  • Mastery of the Office suite
  • Mastery of social media
